Principal Financial Analyst

In the role of Income Statement Senior Finance Analyst, Region FP&A, you will work cross functionally with Finance and Business Leadership to deliver financial forecasting, planning and analysis to drive financial performance.
Support business partners in business reviews, operating rhythms (monthly and quarterly closes), and FP&A related interactions
Partner with Business and Finance Leaders to complete planning and forecasting processes. Proactively identify, communicate risks & opportunities in all financial measurements
Drive streamlined, real-time and actionable dashboards focused on key commercial performance indicators
Provide finance support for commercial systems roadmap
Provide financial modeling to properly evaluate strategic business decisions
Independently deliver ad-hoc analysis on existing business performance to improve company performance
Other tasks as directed by Finance and Business Leadership
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance
2-3 years of finance experience, preferably in a Financial Leadership Development Program
Strong analytical & financial modeling skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational and market drivers
Strong PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications such as SAP, Hyperion, Business Objects etc. Microsoft Suite of product knowledge required.
