What you'll be doing...
Our ability to deliver projects on-time and on-budget is critical to driving innovation for our customers. You'll work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to help them manage multiple deliverables and stay on track. When expertise in project management is required, you will be there to assign responsibilities and set goals to maintain project momentum and achieve your team's desired outcomes.
Collaborating with assigned teams to understand product definitions and feature scope, developing project timelines, and communicating commitments and project-related decisions.
Summarizing project information into easy to understand communications that keep everyone in the loop and on track.
Driving process improvements and adopting best practices to improve team performance.
Forecasting and Material Analytics. Successful candidate will have a comprehensive experience in managing all aspects of asset management. Performing trend analysis on Inbound/Outbound materials month-over-month. Working with HQ Planning, Budget, and Procurement teams to ensure appropriate levels of stock are available to support all sub-market requirements to meet POR.
Coaching peers and leading team through entire Pooling/Asset Management Processes, Identifying and validating retirements with Fixed Assets, Interfacing with Logistics Teams and rating vendor performance against KPI's, and collaborating with incumbent 3PL's for overall warehouse responsibilities.
Being a key Liaison with HQ and upper management in the implementation of new Wireless Warehousing Initiative. Working with external teams to develop comprehensive strategy to roll out new vision, collaborating on reporting metrics, developing standard processes supported by Fixed Assets, Finance, and Sub-Markets for accuracy of reporting.
Utilizing explicit knowledge of warehouse functions, safety protocols, OSHA Standards, working and creating cohesive relationships with 3PL's and Logistics Providers. Reviewing MoM Performance Metrics and providing recommendations on improving any deficiencies being identified.

You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Even better if you have:
Basic understanding of accounting and inventory control principles.
Experience as a Project Leader and/or Project/Program Manager.
Demonstrated effective time management skills, ability to work independently and make decisions within the guidelines of Verizon Wireless business standards.
Demonstrated strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Commitment to quality and the motivation and ability to work well in a team environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.
Proven ability to work independently, multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to meet daily goals and deadlines.
Knowledge of Access and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of wireless industry products and services.
Proficiency in Fulcrum CATS and Fixed Asset Modules.
Wireless scanning experience.
