What you'll be doing...

Our ability to deliver projects on-time and on-budget is critical to driving innovation for our customers. You'll work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to help them manage multiple deliverables and stay on track. When expertise in project management is required, you will be there to assign responsibilities and set goals to maintain project momentum and achieve your team's desired outcomes.

  • Collaborating with assigned teams to understand product definitions and feature scope, developing project timelines, and communicating commitments and project-related decisions.

  • Summarizing project information into easy to understand communications that keep everyone in the loop and on track.

  • Driving process improvements and adopting best practices to improve team performance.

  • Forecasting and Material Analytics. Successful candidate will have a comprehensive experience in managing all aspects of asset management. Performing trend analysis on Inbound/Outbound materials month-over-month. Working with HQ Planning, Budget, and Procurement teams to ensure appropriate levels of stock are available to support all sub-market requirements to meet POR.

  • Coaching peers and leading team through entire Pooling/Asset Management Processes, Identifying and validating retirements with Fixed Assets, Interfacing with Logistics Teams and rating vendor performance against KPI's, and collaborating with incumbent 3PL's for overall warehouse responsibilities.

  • Being a key Liaison with HQ and upper management in the implementation of new Wireless Warehousing Initiative. Working with external teams to develop comprehensive strategy to roll out new vision, collaborating on reporting metrics, developing standard processes supported by Fixed Assets, Finance, and Sub-Markets for accuracy of reporting.

  • Utilizing explicit knowledge of warehouse functions, safety protocols, OSHA Standards, working and creating cohesive relationships with 3PL's and Logistics Providers. Reviewing MoM Performance Metrics and providing recommendations on improving any deficiencies being identified.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.

  • Basic understanding of accounting and inventory control principles.

  • Experience as a Project Leader and/or Project/Program Manager.

  • Demonstrated effective time management skills, ability to work independently and make decisions within the guidelines of Verizon Wireless business standards.

  • Demonstrated strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (both verbal and written).

  • Commitment to quality and the motivation and ability to work well in a team environment.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.

  • Proven ability to work independently, multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet daily goals and deadlines.

  • Inventory experience.

  • PeopleSoft experience.

  • Knowledge of Access and PowerPoint.

  • Knowledge of wireless industry products and services.

  • Proficiency in Fulcrum CATS and Fixed Asset Modules.

  • Wireless scanning experience.

VIEW JOBS 12/4/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-03-04T00:00 Responsible for successfully providing data management deliverables that meet internal and external client needs. * Serves as the primary contact for internal and external team members regarding data management activities. * Authors documents such as interim lock plans, database closure plans, and database unlocking plans. * Tracks milestones, tasks, and the overall budget for assigned projects. * Participates in sponsor and/or third-party audits. * Forecasts units, hours, and resourcing for data management tasks. * Develops plans and oversees timeliness for activities between the last patient visit and the database lock. * Contributes to bid and proposal development and participates in bid defense meetings. * Takes a lead role in PRA and data management initiatives. * Responsible for owning and achieving interim and final contractual deliverables for assigned projects. * Ensures quality-control steps are implemented so that quality deliverables are provided. * Mentors and trains other data management team members. * Writes articles for industry publication and gives presentations at industry conferences. * May act as portfolio-level data manager as necessary across projects with lead data managers assigned. * Advanced knowledge of computerized information systems and standard application software (Windows, MS Office). * Understands clinical data management systems or electronic data capture software. * Advanced understanding of clinical data management and each function as it relates to data management. * Expertise in all aspects of the life cycle of a data management study. * Acts as a subject matter expert (SME) for various technologies or processes. * Performs duties at a high standard with limited supervision. * Bachelor's degree in Allied Health, Bio-Medical, Clinical Informatics, or a related field is required. * At least 7 years of data management experience is required. * At least 2 years of experience working for a CRO, within the last 5 years, is required. * Leadership experience, specifically as the primary point of contact for a Clinical Data Management project team. * Lead experience managing at least 3 studies simultaneously. * Experience with all steps within the Data Management lifecycle and most major Data Management study tasks, with proficiency in at least one Clinical Data Management system required. Familiarity with Rave is desired. * Budget experience is required. * Project management experience is required. Must have experience managing timelines. * Vendor management or third-party management experience is required. * Proven history of successful interaction with internal and external clients and an understanding of related functions. * Bid defense experience, local lab experience, SDTM and Data Programming experience desired.
