Job Duties and Responsibilities

Principal Engineer- Software sought by DISH Network, LLC in Englewood, CO

Design the Test Automation framework. Guide team of automation engineers.

Understand the requirements and develop/debug test cases for all product use cases in the context of iOS/Android mobiles or embedded products. Create automation scripts using Automation framework based on Detox, CodeceptJS, Selenium/TestNG, Appium, XCUITest, etc. Write scripts for debugging using Fiddler/Charles, JMeter, etc.

Set up CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins Job, etc. Log Defects with all relevant details (debug logs, network logs, initial root cause analysis, etc) and track the defect to closure.

Job requirements:

Requires Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or as a Test Engineer, Solutions Architect, Test Analyst and/ or Senior Associate-Projects. Also requires 5 years of experience with/using the following:

• Test creation / scripting experience in Java and/or Python.

• Automation frameworks like Selenium Web driver or Appium.

• API

• Performance tests using Jmeter, SOAP UI, or Postman.

Rate of pay: $161,731.13
