Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems designs, builds and delivers space, defense and aviation-related systems to customers around the world. Our main products include launch vehicles and related propulsion systems; missile products, subsystems and defense electronics; precision weapons, armament systems and ammunition; satellites and associated space components and services; and advanced aerospace structures.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Helps to develop integrated communication plans in support of the Division's key priorities

  • Coordinates closely with internal partners and key stakeholders to gain consensus on communications goals and objectives

  • Manages outreach for the sectors subject matter experts (SMEs) and coordinate the sector's thought leadership activities including maintaining SME biographic summaries and relevant examples

  • Works with the Communications team to coordinate internal events.

  • Adheres to consistent processes and templates for developing, managing and delivering communications content across all channels in compliance with Northrop Grumman Corporation design, style and brand standards.

Basic Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:

Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations or related business discipline.

Minimum of 6 years relevant full-time experience.

Occasional travel may be required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in or with military, defense, government and/or aerospace-oriented industries

Experience working in a large, matrixed and/or geographically dispersed organization

Demonstrated writing experience using AP Style

The Research Remediation Representative 2 position in Wells Fargo Auto is responsible for providing daily operational support to the Paids Research Team. Responds, with some guidance from senior partners, to inquiries and complaints from internal and external customers regarding financial products and services. Resolving issues and escalating unresolved or unusual issues as needed to senior staff members or management for guidance and resolution; providing excellent customer service at all points of customer contact internally and externally. Duties include conducting intake to determine appropriate course of action. Conducting investigative steps to fully identify the issues, processing complex transactions on-line. Researching product information, terms, conditions, contracts, etc. and resolving complex problems and inquiries related to auto titles and contracts. Handles incoming correspondence in accordance with external and internal policies and procedures. Generates and/or composes written correspondence as needed. Reviews data and reports trends to management. Duties may also include: account maintenance, report generation, project work and work direction. Department hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm based on Daylight Savings time. Must be flexible to work any schedule during hours of operation. Hours and days may change based on business needs.
