We are seeking a Principal Data Solutions Product Manager to lead and shape our data-driven product offerings across multiple feature areas. Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development

  • OR equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in data driven solutions, AI and machine learning.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree.

  • Analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from both quantitative and qualitative data.

  • Communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and engage with stakeholders at various levels.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and drive cross-functional teams towards a shared vision.

  • Knowledge of go-to-market strategies and product marketing principles.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance short-term priorities with long-term goals.

  • Experience with Windows, iOS, Mac, and Android manageability in all phases of its lifecycle.

  • Experience working with commercial customers and a deep understanding of technology management requirements and lifecycles in that space.

  • Experience working with high level decision makers across internal organizations to create and drive new strategies and business value.

  • Experience creating new product strategies.

Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $133,600 - $256,800 per year.

There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $173,200 - $282,200 per year.

Product Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $158,500 - $276,600 per year.

There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $202,800 - $304,200 per year.

  • Strategic Investment: Serve as an expert in identifying data-informed, long-term investment opportunities for various feature areas. Collaborate with cross-organizational partners to evaluate tradeoffs and prioritize investments in alignment with company objectives. Guide roadmap prioritization to achieve success criteria and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

  • Customer-Centric Insights: Proactively anticipate customer needs and market opportunities through quantitative and qualitative analyses. Identify patterns across a portfolio of feature areas and define the impact and prioritization of challenges. Leverage data-driven insights to guide decision-making.

  • Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership within the team, addressing challenges and fostering a shared vision. Collaborate effectively to gain alignment and buy-in from group managers and other leaders. Rally the team around a common product direction.

  • End-to-End Vision: Collaborate closely with the chief product architect to drive the end-to-end product vision. Advocate for priorities and resources, working across divisional boundaries to ensure successful execution.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data science and data platform teams to drive deep insights and actionable plans. Engage with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and early adopting customers, to gather input and garner support for product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with Business Planning on go-to-market approaches to maximize the business value of our solutions. Work with Product Marketing, Business Planning, and Engineering to define product release criteria, customer acquisition strategies, and content creation. Strategize and lead the transition of feature areas from private preview to public preview and then to general availability. Drive the product's evolution through effective strategy execution.

  • Effective Communication: Communicate the product strategy to both internal and external audiences using various methods, including conference presentations and collaboration with partner organizations. Build consensus and alignment around the product vision.
