You'll partner closely with product managers, content authors, marketing, business development, and strategists across Microsoft to deeply understand customers and the business and design learning programs to accelerate success. You'll lead a team of instructional designers and content developers to design, plan, and create modern learning programs for Microsoft 365. You'll leverage data and customer insights from learning programs to evolve and expand the portfolio and help drive product innovation.

Day-to-day work:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives for online training and design activities and assessments that support those learning objectives.

  • Drive complex learning design and development programs from initiation through delivery.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training delivery, skills assessment and practical application exercise.

  • Work with data science to measure the impact of learning on the business

  • Lead and develop a team of learning professionals

  • Plan and manage the team's budget and roadmap

  • Develop an in-depth understanding for learner roles, to ensure that learning solutions meet drive engagement and deliver value.

  • Collaborate with content creators and platform developers on the experiences and features needed to deliver innovative learning activities and assessments.

  • Stay up-to-date on new developments in learning science, assessment, and learning analytics through continuous research to ensure our solutions deliver innovation.

Our CSI Cloud Hardware Experience Engineering Team is looking for a strong, experienced, energetic and hands on Program Manager to drive security compliance for our CSI Org. This ideal candidate should have the following skills and experiences: * 7+ years of experience as a technical Program Manager or in a technical role with systems experience * 3+ years of experience working in the security domain * Knowledge of building low-level SW to run on HW e.g. Firmware, BIOS, EC, … etc. * Experience in management of complex cross-group, cross-business, cross-disciplinary projects * Ability to deal with ambiguity, prioritize multiple strategic and tactical options, and drive issues to closure with a high bar on quality * Technical savvy. Responsibilities We are looking for a highly motivated Principal Program Manager with a track record in driving security initiative and strategy for an organization. We are looking for a technical PM to come help us define and develop security requirements for our innovative hardware solutions that powers Azure. We need an experience PM who can be the liaison to the Azure security, and can coordinate security efforts with other Azure Engineering Groups. This role will be focusing on our team's security compliance with Azure standard and leading the effort to resolve any security incident for Azure Hardware/Firmware. Besides of driving security compliance, specifically, we are focused on preventive action for any security threat in the Live Site. In addition, you will be responsible for creating the SW/HW security strategy, and reporting status to the leadership team on the health of development.
