You'll partner closely with product managers, content authors, marketing, business development, and strategists across Microsoft to deeply understand customers and the business and design learning programs to accelerate success. You'll lead a team of instructional designers and content developers to design, plan, and create modern learning programs for Microsoft 365. You'll leverage data and customer insights from learning programs to evolve and expand the portfolio and help drive product innovation.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives for online training and design activities and assessments that support those learning objectives.
Drive complex learning design and development programs from initiation through delivery.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training delivery, skills assessment and practical application exercise.
Work with data science to measure the impact of learning on the business
Lead and develop a team of learning professionals
Plan and manage the team's budget and roadmap
Develop an in-depth understanding for learner roles, to ensure that learning solutions meet drive engagement and deliver value.
Collaborate with content creators and platform developers on the experiences and features needed to deliver innovative learning activities and assessments.
Stay up-to-date on new developments in learning science, assessment, and learning analytics through continuous research to ensure our solutions deliver innovation.
