Principal Consultant for Application Development
Our Principal Consultants are team players that focus on client delivery and project management. Oakwood delivers software solutions on the Microsoft stack with technologies ranging from custom .Net software development using the latest frameworks to cutting edge web site design and development.
This role includes analyzing client processes, understanding client's business landscape, defining requirements, and then expertly delivering solutions and strategies. A Principal Consultant must be technically competent, capable of supervising and leading project teams, and able to manage complex projects.
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience working as a Consultant (not a contractor)
Human capital strategic planning, performance management, communication and change management
Responsible for the development of team members
Managing client relationships and expectations
Delivery of technical presentations
7+ years of experience as a senior .NET developer and Architect
.NET 3.5 or higher
Familiarity with LINQ, WCF
Application Lifecycle using TFS
Desirable, but not required:
CMS experience preferably Kentico or Sitecore
A Microsoft Certification or two
Bachelors' Degree in an IT-related field
