The Plainfield Public Schools seeks a dynamic, inspirational, student-centered educational leader to serve in the position of Principal at Shepard Hill Elementary. Shepard Hill Elementary School, nestled in the charming town of Plainfield, CT, seeks an exceptional principal to lead our caring community of 284 students and dedicated educators. Our PK-3 school prides itself on providing a nurturing, enrichment-filled learning environment where all students can thrive.

¨ Evidence of appropriate certification

We are seeking a candidate that meets the following preferred requirements:
¨ 6th Year Degree in Education
¨ State of CT School Administrator Certificate - 092 or 093
¨ Previous experience in a PK-3 setting
¨Previous administrative or leadership experience is preferred but not required
Salary Range: $140,296- $149,026 for 2024-2025
