Summary:

This analyst engages cross-functionally with senior business leaders,Finance, and Human Resources to perform a wide variety of activities to driveand support ACI's compensation programs. In addition to general global compensation project and program support,this role will focus on global incentive and executive compensationprograms. The primary responsibility forthe analyst will be in the design, development, implementation andadministration of ACI's global sales incentive and short-term management incentiveplans and programs. In addition, theanalyst will assist with the development, design, and execution of executivecompensation programs such long-term incentive and other equity relatedprograms. In addition to theseresponsibilities, the analyst will be responsible for supporting an ACIbusiness unit by providing ongoing consultative services.

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as an incentive compensationsubject matter expert. Primary emphasison sales incentive and short-term and long-term incentive programs.

  • Works closely with sales, salesoperations, HR and Finance to develop sales incentive programs, processes,governance, and related activities on an ongoing basis.

  • Ensures the accuracy and timeliness ofthe creation, education and distribution of the sales and executivecompensation incentive plans annually.

  • Acts as an executive compensationsubject matter expert. Provides expertise on global executive compensationprograms including short- and long-term incentive plans, financial and taxtreatment of compensation programs, and CD&A and proxy analysis.

  • Develops communication materials andsupporting analysis for presentations to the Compensation Committee of the

Board of Directors and senior executives.

  • Responsible for the documentation andadministration of all executive equity and incentive compensationprograms. This includes creating andmaintaining Excel spreadsheets, Word documents and PowerPoint presentations

  • Responsible for the analysis,evaluation, and classification of new and existing positions, utilizing globalexternal/internal executive market data to help make appropriaterecommendations as required.

  • Provides guidance and collaborates withglobal partners on the implementation and maintenance of global compensationsystems and programs.

  • Partners with HR and management in thedevelopment of job descriptions. Workswith global HR partners and management to help ensure consistent titling andleveling of jobs.

  • Identifies and recommends improvementsto existing compensation processes and procedures for establishing targets andreporting results.

  • Manages annual processes for executivesincluding merit, bonus and long-term incentive recommendations.

  • Works on significant and unique projectsand exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluationcriteria for obtaining results.

  • Keeps abreast of trends and changes inHuman Resources metrics and analytics practices; proactively suggestsapplicable metrics to measure impact of HR organization.

  • Conducts Human Resource predictiveanalytics, data analysis and interpretation of trends to support proactivecompensation planning.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Understand and Adhere to all CorporatePolicies to include but not limited to ACI Code of Ethics and GlobalInformation Security.

MinimumRequirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent workexperience in an analytical position (i.e. compensation professional, financialanalyst, etc.).

  • 15 years' general compensationexperience

  • 8-10 years' incentive compensationexperience

  • 2 years' executive compensation experience

  • Experience designing and implementingglobal compensation programs for a publicly traded company.

  • Demonstrated ability to work with highlysensitive and confidential information

  • Advanced Excel skills (includingformulas, v-lookups, pivot tables) and proficiency with Word and Power Pointapplications. Experience with HRISdatabases with the ability to quickly adapt to learn new systems.

PreferredSkills:

  • Subject matter expertise in executivecompensation practices including: compensation/bonus/incentive programs, policydesign/implementation, job analysis, market analysis, labor market trends, andanalytical tools.

  • Well organized, detail-oriented andconfident to work independently while performing as a strong team player withdemonstrated competency in process management, analysis, decision making, andcultural awareness.

  • Self-starter with excellent projectmanagement skills including the ability to work effectively on multipleprojects in a dynamic environment, document and communicate project plans,monitor progress and achieve milestones.
