Independently works with large, complex external clients to resolve the most critical and complex day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY Mellon. May resolve atypical or or highly complex issues and/or escalate to management as appropriate.

May serve as subject matter experts on BNY products and services. May lead staff on specific projects and resolution of client issues.Leads team members across multiple lines of business in providing support to major clients, whose partnership with BNY Mellon may have a broad & significant impact on the business, in addressing and resolving the most complex operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed. Applies advanced problem solving skills, judgement, and extensive experience to analyze information.

Uses masterful communication skills to deliver high quality service to a specialized client base. May contribute to the development of strategic initiatives that are designed to improve client service experience.Typically provides senior leadership at assigned clients information related to BNY Mellon's products and services representing a broad array of lines of business and geographies; leverages a superior understanding of broader BNY Mellon services and offerings. Leads senior level or key individuals at clients in reviewing potential business needs and directs them to appropriate resources at BNY Mellon.Resolves the most critical and complex or non-routine client issues or inquires, as needed.

Leads resolution of issues escalated by more junior team members. Maintains relationships with business leaders to report client trends and needs.Uses superior knowledge of client issues and needs to lead business development efforts. Uses superior understanding of BNY Mellon products and services to best propose expanded offerings to clients for front office consideration.Provides strategic guidance on internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience.

Uses knowledge of client services best practices and BNY Mellon client needs to lead the team's development of process improvements.No direct reports; provides guidance to less experienced team members. May assign work to more junior team members.Supports multiple, and the most complex client accounts whose partnership with BNY Mellon may have a broad & significant impact on the business. Qualifications Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 12-15 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.

This position requires a self-motivated dependable individual with exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and computer skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is necessary. The Client Service Analyst will provide administrative support for the day to day transactional activities related to client accounts. Duties include: * Administrative support that includes timely receipt and disbursement of funds * Book incoming wires to accounts daily * Generate checks, setup wires and ACH based on client's instructions * Prepare and manage the Account Opening Process, including compiling opening documents, transfer paperwork, KYC and online access * Prepare and manage account maintenance activities as required, including individual and charitable cash and stock gifts, asset reconciliation and account coding * Prepare Account closing paperwork and monitor process * Interface with front and middle office to develop a smooth and efficient working relationship * Cultivate a good working relationship with staff from various internal departments and outside vendors to promote a good working environment and easy flow of daily work * Assist with special projects including maintenance of CRM system, document scanning, and file copying, firm-wide client mailings as well as required tax filings * Compile materials for all regulatory and compliance requirements with internal auditors and external regulators Qualifications/Skills: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience a plus * Preferably two or more years of experience in the financial services industry * A commitment and passion to achieve a high level of client service, high attention to detail, problem solving and basic math skills * Be able to work independently as well as work with others as part of a high performing team * The position requires excellent organizational skills and the effective use of technology * A basic understanding of fiduciary fundamentals and types of investments e.g. stocks, bonds, mutual funds, etc is a plus * Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite products * Ability to learn and effectively use chosen software and mainframe systems - SEI, Concur, APX, Invest Cloud, and CSS Evercore Partners Inc New York NY
