Requirements / Qualifications

  • Valid California Teaching Credential *Valid California Administrative Services Credential authorizing the supervision of K-12 schools *Master's Degree from an accredited institution of higher learning is desired *Advanced coursework in school law, finance, and personnel *Doctorate Degree desirable *Five(5)or more years of successful teaching experience, secondary-level preferred *Two (2) or more years of successful administrative experience as an Assistant Principal, secondary - level preferred *Demonstrated expertise in curriculum/instructional leadership *Demonstrated expertise in personnel supervision, budget development, facilities management, and community relations *Prior military experience at the Commissioned Officer level preferred Application will be considered incomplete without the following attachments: *Appropriate credentials *Three (3) letters of recommendation (dated within two years of date of application) *Letter of Introduction/Interest *Current Resume Do not attach a driver's license or any document with a photo of yourself and/or indicating your age, your application will be automatically rejected and screened out.
