Your Challenge

This is an ideal position for an open-minded engineer who likes to collaborate with clients and work on solutions together. As a BPM Software Engineer you will be part of a small project team enabling our customers to run digital end-to-end processes by creating challenging and innovative solutions based on our product Flowable. You will analyse the customer requirements, design the solution, develop and integrate it into the customers environment. Finally, you will be part of an international project team focusing on customer-specific project goals.

Your Profile

  • Deep experience using BPM frameworks/products (CMMN, BPMN, DMN) such as Flowable, Activiti, Camunda, etc.
  • Deep knowledge and experience with Java and SpringBoot.
  • Knowledge and experience with React (JS) and Angular is a plus
  • Knowledge and experience with message brokers Apache Kafka and RabbitMQ is a plus,
  • A good sense for quality.
  • Customer-oriented and results-driven personality.
  • Readiness to work independently with passion, resilience and pro-activity.
  • Good knowledge of agile software development.
  • Strong propensity for software architecture.
  • Ability to orient yourself quickly in new code, new frameworks, new working environments and new teams.
  • Willingness to travel and at the customer site when the situation allows it

We are seeking an experienced professional to join us to help develop and deliver a world class Business Process Management (BPM) capability to the Wells Fargo Consumer Banking group. This position will lead a team of process architect, production support, process librarian and quality assurance team members in supporting Wells Fargo Consumer Banking BPM. Seeking a senior level process consultant who organizes, leads and facilitates large scale cross-business and enterprise-wide strategic redesign projects. Key responsibilities include: Process Improvement * Organizes, leads, and facilitates cross-LOB, enterprise-wide process design and re-engineering initiatives that will encompass an end to end analysis and future state redesign that requires specialized knowledge or skill critical to the redesign effort in a matrix leadership environment * Develop improvement approaches within businesses and across lines of businesses that are holistic, customer focused to understanding business processes and workflow through Wells Fargo and identify and help prioritize new initiatives to drive business strategy, mitigate potential risks and control gaps, financial return, and/or positive customer impact * Develops root cause analysis and business case for proposed technology, staff and structure changes, including cost estimates * Establishes standards for measuring performance against process requirements - Including the developing metrics that provide data for process management indicators for future improvement opportunities * Provide advanced statistical analysis for business leaders, project teams, and managers as required.
