The Reporting and Analytics FSP, R&D Data and Quality Analytics, is responsible for developing and distributing meaningful analytical reports to drive data driven decisions within the R&D Quality and Compliance organization. Also, S/he develops and maintains training associated with KQI metrics of R&D owned processes.
This person leads and drives continuous improvement activities within Data and Quality Analytics to support the QMS and may act as a change agent for implementation of improvements within the organization. The Quality Analytics Manager supports the development, build and management of the system(s) for aggregation of R&D quality metrics given multiple systems and functions that contribute to the R&D program.
