Principal Associate, SEC Reporting
PRINCIPAL ASSOCIATE, SEC REPORTING

Assist in the management of accurate and timely filing of SEC periodic reports, such as Forms 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K, Annual Report, Basel disclosures and various other statutory reports. Responsibilities include oversight of the preparation of quantitative and qualitative disclosures, regulatory capital reporting and analysis, compliance with internal controls and attestation requirements, and research and implementation of new disclosure requirements.
Draft quantitative and qualitative disclosures by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information as needed.
Analyses include reconciliations, variance and trend analyses.
Complete disclosure checklists to ensure disclosure compliance.
Review supporting documentation to substantiate information included in each quarterly disclosure document.
Provide technical support on disclosure issues to ensure the appropriate application of the SEC, GAAP and federal rules.
Contribute to process improvements and implementation of automated financial tools.
Support internal controls and attestation compliance requirements.
Provide guidance on the adoption and implementation of new accounting disclosure standards.
Assist in external audit coordination and internal audit reviews.
Work with reporting stakeholders to both obtain and provide the necessary information to resolve issues.
Manage the preparation of presentation material for senior management and committee reporting.
Liaison with business units, investor relations, legal counsel, internal audit and external auditors.

Bachelor degree or military experience
At least 3 years of accounting experience, or at least 3 years of audit experience, or at least 3 years of finance experience
At least 1 year of SEC and External reporting experience
