The Customer Offers team in Schneider AI Hub is looking for a top-notch Program manager for our consulting team.

The goal is to be the point person for all things related to consulting projects commercialization, be it ensuring consistency in SOWs, compliance with internal processes or customer interactions to successfully execute projects. This role will work with Lead consultants, business stakeholders, product engineering teams and executives to manage a portfolio of consulting projects. You will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of key projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities Define and develop and maintain project processes, playbooks and best practices to drive consistency and efficiency across all projects.

Oversee project portfolio management, including prioritization, resource allocation, and performance tracking. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish project governance, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and quality.

Provide timely and accurate status of projects. Track and ensure value realization. Manage Project financials in collaboration with Finance controllers across various groups.

Requirements and Skills Bachelor's degree in computer science, math, or related quantitative field. Masters' degree in technical field or Business Administration will be a plus 12-15 years' of progressive experience in project management in software or IT Previous experience with the commercialization of consulting services Extensive experience with Agile and/or SaFe practices and tools such as Jira Strong understanding of financials, management of budgets Strong communication skills - verbal and written Good understanding of enterprise business processes Experience in working with global teams Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Adept at quickly and applying insights from past efforts to new situations.
