We are looking for an Accessibility Marketing Communications Manager either in Seattle OR Sunnyvale who will own and develop the marketing and communications of accessibility features and functionality to our customers. This person will drive key data insights into business actions, will plan for the long term and push for new ways to achieve objectives.


  • Partner with PR, media and creative directors to continually identify innovative media, creative and business opportunities that support the communications strategy.

  • Partner with the Brand / Product Marketing Managers to ensure the product / service roadmap and target segmentations are aligned an actionable.

  • Consult during Go-to-Market (GTM) phase of brand / product marketing, naming, and research teams to identify product/service positioning territories and exhibits for naming exploration

  • Partner with brand planning and business teams to ensure the product / service is message ready and the integrated marketing plans identify consumer problems and insights that can be addressed with paid media.

  • Lead cross-functional teams including brand planning, media, creative, program managers, research and product marketing through the execution of mass advertising campaigns and product / service launches

  • Lead GTM marketing communications meetings, campaign reviews with senior leaders, and managing creative assets globally

The Fortinet Network Security Academy (FNSA) provides industry-recognized Fortinet training and certification opportunities to students around the world. The academy collaborates with academic institutions, non-profit agencies, and veteran organizations to provide a framework for students to become part of an elite group of cybersecurity professionals. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to help manage and market the FNSI programs and initiatives. Responsibilities: * Develop and execute a holistic marketing and communications strategy that will create broad market awareness and help grow and scale Fortinet's education, training and certification programs. * Work with Corporate Communications and Marketing to develop differentiated messaging and positioning for the Fortinet Network Security Institute (FNSI) and its programs. * Create and implement marketing content focused on cyber education, including white papers, brochures, data sheets, solutions guide. Design and implement redesign of FNSI website. * Build strong cross-functional relationships with corporate and Fortinet sales and partner organizations to ensure alignment with other channel related programs. Help educate internal stakeholders on the vision, mission and goals of the programs. * Design and develop initiatives that will expand education offerings and increase the number of graduates from the program * Identify and implement clear metrics to manage the effectiveness of marketing programs * Provide internal consulting on a range of certification program development, delivery and marketing initiatives. * Track lead generation performance, create and deliver regular reports to management on results. Requirements * Experience in certification program development, marketing, delivery and maintenance/refinement. * Demonstrated expertise in developing, launching and marketing professional certification programs. * Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation and platform communication skills. * Be results driven and have the ability to manage projects horizontally throughout the organization. * Demonstrates creative energy and strong problem-solving skills * Cybersecurity experience a plus * Bachelor's degree and five plus years of relevant experience; or a combination of education and relevant experience. other professional degree a plus.
