Alameda Community Learning Center School (ACLC) is hiring for a 6-12 Principal (Lead Facilitator). ACLC is committed to fostering an anti-discriminatory, anti-racist learning community that focuses on the whole child and is inclusive and welcoming to all. We want an Administrator who is excited to lead a diverse community and who celebrates differences in culture, background, learning style and thought process.

Our school is a small community charter school with K-12 600 learners. Project-based learning (PBL) is at the heart of our curriculum. Our school culture is based on a democratic model with restorative justice.

Candidates will possess the ability to collaborate and communicate with colleagues using a clear and constructive approach. Our Principal will report directly to the Executive Director and will work with staff who love to learn and and are motivated by challenge. Our school is a union organization.
