The Wealth ManagementFinance & Business Management team is seeking a Vice President.This position will be developing and presenting reports and presentations,tracking operational initiatives, and working with partners of the organization(Wealth Management, HR, Legal, Compliance, Project Management, etc.) to improveand drive business decisions. Additionally, the role will be accountable for drivingcost saves and ensuring adequate controls and efficiencies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop collaborative workingrelationships across Wealth Management, Finance, HR and other SharedServices teams while providing business value and transparency

  • Provide resource managementcommunications, planning/forecasting guidance and coordination for corebusiness requirements

  • Partner with other Finance& Business Management Leads to drive consistent business managementpractices, setting logical key performance measures and reporting drivingtowards continuous improvement in accuracy and control

  • Facilitate RegionalPresident-level, proactive monitoring of headcount, budget, financials tohighlight variances and reforecast plans to stay on target

  • Assist in Wealth Managementresource planning, working with the business to establish best practicesand support the strategic agenda for recruiting and workforce management

  • Prepare presentations and BriefSenior Management in presentations

  • Support business reviews andother committee processes to assess the status of the business

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance,accounting, or business or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 10-12 years of total workexperience preferred; experience in financial planning and analysispreferred

Preferred Qualifications include:

  • Must be able to brief seniorleaders clearly and concisely on financial performance

  • 8+ years of experience with anemphasis on business / data analysis

  • Financial Services industryexperience preferred

  • High financial acumen with asound understanding of the P&L

  • Bachelors and/or Master Degreein Business Management / Finance / Economics / Analytics

  • Strong interpersonal skillswith the ability to build relationships across all levels and influencekey stakeholders

  • Self-motivated, innovativethinker with the ability to derive, formulate, and develop new concepts,processes and value-added activities

  • Process-oriented with strongorganization, problem solving, time management, and analytical skill

  • Must be able to design businessreporting and analysis that is clear, concise, and actionable

  • Ability to work effectivelywith other lines of business, finance teams, and technology partners

  • Demonstrated history ofindependently and proactively driving initiatives forward

  • Comfortable creating PowerPointPresentations and working in Microsoft Excel

  • MBA/CFA/CPA preferred

We are looking for a dynamic individual with a strong track record of rapidly increasing revenue from existing and new markets, someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, passion for sales and who takes a hands-on approach to building business opportunities. The successful candidate will be a seasoned self-starter, bringing with them a new client acquisition best practice, strong face-to-face skills, hunting talent, and have knowledge of FinTech's, alternative lending, social selling along with a strong understanding of banking, digital functionality and customer experience/engagement. In this role you will: * Achieving and exceeding revenue targets and sales objectives, as defined by the Head of Sales, Americas * Acquire and partner with new clients in a competitive sales environment * Establish key relationships with executives across financial institutions and fintech players in the US * Work hand in hand with Account Managers to develop and maintain sales strategies and manage accounts efficiently * Create an account plan for all your existing and target accounts, including organization profile, contacts by department, and targets by solution, strategy for growth, objectives and implementation schedule * Responsible for creating and updating account profiles and notes in Salesforce.com * Report on client engagements, recording customer feedback, gathering customer intelligence and follow-up as required * Organize customer visits efficiently, expectation is for you to be client facing up to 50%+ of the month * Stay up to date with current trends and new developments across digital bank offerings and the fintech ecosystems.
