The ideal candidate will have interest and/or experience working with individuals dealing with eating disorders, substance abuse, behavioral health, gender identity, and gender dysphoria.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that provides comprehensive care tailored to each client's unique needs. Schedule Example: 4-10's hour days or 5- 8's; consecutive or split days Salary Range: $54k-$70k (depending on experience) plus a $15,000 bonus At Monte Nido Rosewood, we understand the intricate medical, emotional, and psychological complications experienced by someone with an eating disorder.

Responsibilities Include:: Providing individual and group therapy sessions Address co-morbidities such as substance abuse, anxiety, depression, etc. Provide support for clients dealing with gender identity and gender dysphoria issues Serving as liaison with families and outpatient providers Participating in admissions, discharge, and aftercare planning Therapeutic meal support, while modeling a healthy relationship with food Provides safe, empathetic, and affirming care for each client and their unique circumstance based on the clients' intersecting identities Qualifications:: Master’s degree in clinical counseling or related discipline Commitment to providing inclusive, compassionate care.
