Primary School Music Teacher

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic music teacher to join our K12 school in Hangzhou, China. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about English literature and language and is eager to engage and inspire young learners in a multicultural educational setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging music lessons that cater to the needs of primary school students.
• Develop lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and adapt to the varied learning styles of students.
• Evaluate and monitor student progress through continuous assessments and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain an encouraging and safe classroom environment that promotes learning and respect.
• Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and other school activities.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate interdisciplinary teaching methods and new educational technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree 
• A recognized teaching qualification.
• Strong command of the English language and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new cultures and environments, with previous experience in international or multicultural settings being advantageous.
