Job Description Job Description Overview Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Primary Care Physician to the group at NYC Health Hospitals/Gotham Health/Tremont. Responsibilities Primary Care Physician needed to attend to underserved patient population Robust analytic support from Office of Ambulatory Care & Population Health Access provided to NYC Health Hospitals Quality Academy training for emerging leaders Responsible for the supervision of mid-level providers Arrange patient session schedules that allow for both scheduled and non-emergent unscheduled (walk-in) visits by their primary care patients Full-time schedule, 40 hours per week, rotating evening clinics and Saturday rotation Qualifications Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine Exceptional Benefits Include:
