Job Title: Pricing Specialist

Reports To: Manager, Pricing

Location:  St. Petersburg, Florida

Employment type:  Full-Time, Exempt

Description:

The Pricing Specialist supports Marketing and Brand Management through the set up and management of all Promotional Deals within SAP.  The Analyst represent Pricing in all Catalogue review meetings to determine the feasibility of all Deals before going to the Publisher. The Analyst also sets up additional discounts and events as necessary, troubleshoots and analytical research, along with additional duties as required.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Program discounts for promotional pricing for monthly catalogue, shows, special events, and last-minute sales promotions across multiple omni channels

• Work collaboratively with Marketing, Brand Management and other internal stakeholders to verify promotional deals are supported and executed in the system to match the customer experience

• Identify and audit promotional deals for compliance within allotted company and brand margins

• Audit material price, number, and UPC in promotional files for accuracy and Finance approval

• Verify and process rebates and create structural discounts

• Research and resolve issues with promotion deals and respond in a timely manner

• Ensure consistent and proper logics for system deals to ensure no errors when promotional deals are processed

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• High School degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred

• 3+ years of experience as Administrative Assistant, Coordinator, or managing data accuracy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel (including Pivot Tables, filtering and CSV files), One Note, Access, Power Point, and SharePoint are required.

• SAP, OPP and CAR experience preferred, not required

• Ability to handle high volume and time sensitive transactions

• Strong system and analytical skills, ability to quickly grasp new systems and utilizes technology

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and conflict management

• Excellent organizational ability and time management skills; proven experience operating in a hi-tempo environment managing and prioritizing multiple tasks

• Strong interpersonal skills, fact-based reasoning and ability to be assertive
