A Penske Pricing Project Leader drives pricing and process improvement initiatives across all product lines and across functional areas including Operations, Maintenance, IT, and Finance.
Identification of pricing and process improvement opportunities in various business units through the effective deployment of business analysis, financial analysis, industry best practice and statistical tools
Participation in strategic pricing planning sessions providing both process and pricing expertise to complex business opportunities
Identification and execution of business process improvement project that will eliminate defective processes, better control pricing inputs, increase pricing competitiveness and improve the bottom line
Construction of business and pricing models that incorporate effective break even analysis, process risk modeling, market based analytics and linear/multiple regression analysis
Creation, execution and management of effective project plans incorporating professional level planning tools, teamwork, team building and facilitation skills
Efficient deployment of quality/statistical analytical tools including visualization depictions, variation analysis, design of experiment and effective process control plans to sustain improvements after project completion.

3 or more years of general business or analytical experience required
Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Math, Computer Science, or Economics required
Master's Degree Business Administration, Math, Computer Science, or Economics preferred
2 years of Six Sigma/Quality experience preferred
Required skills include: Analytical, Detail Oriented, Initiative/Drive, Presentation Skills, Time Management, and Leadership skills
