Job Purpose

The Pricing & Program analyst will be responsible for analyzing pricing strategies, evaluating program effectiveness, and providing valuable insights to drive business decisions. In this role, you will play a crucial role in optimizing pricing structures, identifying opportunities for cost savings, and supporting the development of effective programs to enhance overall business performance.

Key Accountabilities

• Marine Dealer and OEM Program development

• Analysis on competitiveness in the Marine industry

• Data dashboard management

• Program tracking report for field sales team

• Tracking and documentation on Marine industry promotions

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field

• Marine industry experience or knowledge preferred

• Must have comprehensive MS Office skills with significant emphasis on MS Excel. Skills in SAP and Power BI are highly preferred

• Accounting of Finance experience

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
