About the role
This role sits within our Platform and Enterprise Products organization for FIS, responsible for supporting the build out of our enterprise pricing strategy through driving initiatives to the finish line. By creating an open, next-generation fintech platform, FIS expands its solution offerings that can be embedded in any application that supports our clients' financial services processes - from payments to banking to wealth to capital markets.
What you will be doing
Obtains relevant data on pricing that can be leveraged for future adjustments Pricing operations.
Ensures corporate and divisional guidelines are in compliance with company standards.
Prepares and provides pricing related reporting to relevant audiences.
Participates in pricing operations strategy that will support business objectives.
Manages Pricing related revenue driving initiatives
Implements new Pricing related processes, governance and procedures
Creates communications/presentations to distribute Pricing related information to Sales, Line of Business, Product, etc
Manages updates to Pricing Tools
Other related duties assigned as needed.
What you will need
Bachelor's degree in marketing, accounting, finance or business administration or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
2+ years of experience in Sales/Pricing Ops area.
Strong understanding of FIS business strategy and how products or initiatives contributes to FIS goals.
Requires general business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills, long-term vision and executive presence.
Ability to identify, address and resolve employee related issues.
Strong analytical, statistical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to utilize judgment in decision making process and decisions related to job tasks.
Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner including presentations with a strong knowledge in using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management in an organized, professional manner.
Exceptional interpersonal skills: establishing personal and professional relationships among diverse internal and external publics.
Skill in productivity, planning, and workload management.
Ability to design, document and implement process improvements.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $75,260.00 - $122,670.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
