Summary: Ensures orders are released on time, and with accurate pricing. Reviews orders and manages requests for special pricing on a daily basis. Daily contact with different departments, mainly Sales, Trade Marketing and Credit, as well as others.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Review and release orders on hold due to price discrepancies or pricing-related issues. Record issue for analysis and corrective action.
Process and implement approved Pricing & Terms (P&T) requests on time, pursue approvals as needed.
Respond to callers regarding pricing.
Work with Trade Marketing to test and set-up Promotions in SAP.
Set up new accounts in SAP and perform customer master maintenance.
Process VOC exemption waivers.
Bachelor Degree preferred
2-5 years Customer Service/Sales Support experience
SAP Pricing experience a plus
Must be proficient in Excel (basic formulas and VLOOKUP)
Sound written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task
Attention to detail and accuracy, while also possessing a sense of urgency
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to prioritize a large workload
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
