YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Summary:
Brenntag is looking for a professional and ambitious Pricing and Commercial Analyst who uses data to think critically and strategically to help our business grow by monitoring financial performance comparing budget and/or forecast projections, preparing a variety of reports, and providing recommendations to support our BSP Key Accounts organization. This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Key Accounts for Brenntag Specialties.
The right person for this role will have an entrepreneurial mindset and be able to thrive in fast-paced environments where things are not fully defined. Successful candidates will be comfortable working both as individual contributor and as a member of the Key Accounts Team.

Job Description:
Support the internal management Team, and the Global BSP Key Accounts Team (KAE & KAS) with detailed visibility into all aspects of the business performance.
Leverage different software (SAP, Salesforce), to analyze data and interpret results to drive decisions.
Delivering valuable and timely reporting to all levels of the BSP Key Accounts organization and across all BUs.
Monitoring sales metrics and understating how KPIs impact the business.
Own MTD, QDT, and YTD reporting & visibility for the Key Accounts global organization.
Provide additional support as required on an ad-hoc basis within the Key Accounts Team.
YOUR PROFILE
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred in statistics, math, market research, or computer science is a plus
Minimum 3 years of experience in a business environment in a similar position, or in quantitative analysis.
Distribution or manufacturing experience, a plus
Product pricing experience preferred.
2 years of sales, accounting, or finance experience, a plus
Additional Skills:
Advanced quantitative and analytical skills to calculate figures and amounts such as Revenue, Volume, profits, discounts, and percentages.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to show versatility and resourcefulness when problem-solving.
Ability to formulate accurate and detail-oriented reports for co-workers and management.
Capable of making timely decisions when meeting deadlines for customers and management.
Actively listen and communicate to different departments and management on requirements and discrepancies.
Prioritization skills; adapting and changing plans based on discrepancies found
