This position will report directly to the Director of Pricing and will serve as a core member of the CE Pricing team.
The Pricing Analytics Manager will be responsible for driving the development of a business intelligence platform to help CE achieve its pricing and business objectives. The role will partner with senior pricing and product staff members to help build analytical and reporting tools to foster data driven decision making and tracking of pricing initiatives.
Lead and project manage design and development of pricing data repository including defining data structure, identifying data sources, establishing data preparation and transformation requirements, and creating warehouse governance and processes.
Implement a Tableau based analytics platform to support pricing analysis, reporting, and modeling. Drive organizational adoption, best practices, and innovative uses of the platform. Identify new BI and analytical tools and methods to enhance the platform.
Provide analytical support for strategic transactions, new product introductions, and special projects. Develop insights and recommendations through data analysis and market assessments.
Compile and evaluate competitive data and develop and marketplace reports to influence product line, segment, customer and business unit decision making,
Support the design and implementation of new techniques, systems, and best practices in price modeling, value based pricing, pricing execution, and data (predictive) analytics and reporting.
Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience in analytical roles, 2 years in related finance, data analytics, and/or business analysis.
Experience creating and managing large, complex data sets and analytical tools.
Experience and familiarity with data management and analytical tools including Tableau.
Experience and strong demonstrated ability to identify, gather, analyze, and interpret data.

Ability to work outside normal business hours at times depending upon business need
Travel: Some limited travel may be required.
