As KidKraft continues to expand our business globally, we consistently look for the best and brightest to help drive our strategic agenda and accelerate the companys results. To this end, we are looking for a Data Analyst who will be responsible for managing the Python code, price scraping process and analysis of KidKrafts dynamic wholesale pricing strategy. This also includes executing the wholesale pricing strategy in support of overall KidKraft, Inc. financial goals and objectives, including benchmarking and analyzing key competitive pricing information and any possible process automation. This individual will collaborate with the Product Development and Sales organizations to conduct analyses to determine customer, program and item-level profitability for customers. The Pricing Analyst will need to build strong working relationships with external/internal clients to maintain engagement and ensure pricing strategy, even when ad hoc, aligns to the model. A total package of qualities to be successful in the role will include strong Python coding skills, customer relationship, and project management skills to ensure the dynamic pricing process is maintained and up to date.
Perform day to day analysis of pricing to determine overall effectiveness of pricing strategy and plan. Manage exception reporting with the EDI team/IT
Manage existing pricing model, including making code updates in Python for strategy changes and/or automation
Prepare necessary modeling to determine pricing opportunities across customer segments and product categories for the sales and product teams
Provide the ecommerce team data-driven insights and analysis to support ongoing sales and profitability growth in both wholesale and direct-to-consumer initiatives
Manage retail price scraping tools in order to evaluate competitive information to continually align pricing strategies within the marketplace.
Support analysis for pricing-related promotional activity on an ongoing
Collaborate with the Product Managers and VP of Sales on detail and timing of pricing changes
Uses best practices to understand the data and develop statistical, analytical techniques to build models that address business needs.
Other duties as needed
Bachelors Degree in a related field and 3+ years experience with data analytics programming in Python, demonstrated proficiency in SQL. Experience with SAS or Tableau a plus
Digital experience required. Retail, Merchandising, and/or pricing experience a plus.
Microsoft Office skills.

Experience supporting sales team is a plus.
