Under direct supervision, responsible for analysis of the pricing of goods and services in order to stay competitive in the market.Prepares profitability analysis for incremental sales opportunities. Prepares historical pricing reports.
Uses internal cost information to help analyze competitive pricing of products or proposed cost reductions. Performs some administrative tasks in support of creating, maintaining, updating and distributing of pricing. May assist in providing insights on the impact of pricing changes on growth rates and profitability.
Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Requires strong mathematical and analytical abilities. Require some understanding of financial data, competitive markets and pricing dynamics.
Must have knowledge of SAP, and Microsoft Office including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access. Shows aptitude for learning new data systems. Must be effective in written and verbal communication.
