A key member of Dole's Revenue Growth Management team supporting the foodservice customer organization, the position is an indispensable partner with internal customers. The position provides impactful analysis to deliver best-in-class strategic into stock pricing, bid price and contract renewal management to improve overall business results through data analytics. This individual is key in the development of analytics and insights to optimize for top line, bottom line and volume delivery.
This role can be based as a hybrid position at our Westlake Village, CA office (STRONGLY PREFERRED) or will consider remote in any of the following eligible locations: AR, AZ, CA, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KY, MA, ME, MI, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, TN, TX, UT, WI.
Responsibilities
Develop the principles of strategic guideline pricing
Mine and share data analytics and price performance insights to drive value for the field sales organization
Build invoice price & contract price structures enabling distributor strategies
Understand distributor pricing relationships and develop solutions to reduce pricing conflict
Leverage and build learnings and methodologies to develop an organic and sustainable contract rebate and promotional program forecasting architecture
Support delivery of in year financials, driving gap management actions
Actively participates in the development of new solutions, moving the organization forward in capabilities
Identifies contract price activity at a segment level that should or should not be repeated and influences the business to enact recommendations
Qualifications
Minimum of 4-6 years proven and progressive experience in B2B pricing or equivalent analyical experience
Ability to proficiently conduct business and data analysis with data driven recommendations for improvements and advancements
Ability to create persuasive professional analysis presentations incorporating data, relevant insights and information
Ability to understand and react to most recent market trends
Ability to interact and influence cross functional partners and leaders effectively
Understanding of foodservice distributors and segments a plus

FOR JOBS BASED IN CALIFORNIA:
Hiring Pay Scale: $85,000 to $105,000
