Pricing Analyst

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and technology skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field such as Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or Business Analytics. Experience in related field and Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) with Supply Chain Management experience is a plus.

Essential Functions:

The Clayton Supply Price Analyst will be responsible for helping develop and maintain a pricing structure within Oracle for a select group of Supply facilities as a member of the costing and pricing team.

Price Analyst Responsibilities:

• Validate existing pricing in Legacy systems for all remaining Supply Facilities

• Build out price lists, associations, and strategies in Oracle Cloud for the network of Supply facilities and their customers

• Upload accurate pricing for each price list into the appropriate Oracle environment

• Work along side the ERP Data team to move pricing data from lower environments to Production in an efficient and accurate manner

• Assist the ERP Data team with day-to-day pricing needs throughout go-live and for a period of maintenance

• Update deal sheets, quotes, and legacy or new systems with any upcoming price changes and notify any involved parties

• Collaborate with HBG Procurement on incoming price changes related to contract negotiations and vendor changes

• Monitor unit cost and price variances in conjunction with financial accountants

• Collaborate with Financial Accountants and Cost Analysts as needed

• Prepare and complete internal pricing audits

• Maintain an online filing system to store vendor quotes, deal sheets, quotes, and related information

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's (4 year) degree (Preferred focus: Business Analytics, Supply Chain Operations, Accounting, Finance, or Industrial Engineer)

• 3 years of Analytics or related experience is a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with preference for ERP or Oracle experience

• Ability to travel to on-site facilities, as needed

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills

• Ability to work independently as well as in a highly collaborative team environment

• Willing to learn, curious, accountable, and assertive
