Price Book Analyst: Food Service

Position Summary:

Nouria is seeking a detail-oriented Pricebook Analyst to join our team, focusing on supporting the rapid growth and strategic goals of our Food Service department. This role involves precise management and input of item-level information, encompassing food service items, recipes, menu specifics, and pricing details. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in aiding the Food Service team by ensuring accuracy in pricing and product information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficient management and upkeep of product data within the Inventory Management System (PDI), ensuring all information is current and accurate.

• Entry and maintenance of Food Service items, including detailed recipe and menu data.

• Conduct analysis of Food Service profitability and share insights with Category Managers.

• Facilitate prompt and effective communication across departments to address and resolve discrepancies and issues.

• Collaborate with Category Managers to secure approvals for new product introductions, pricing strategies, and promotional activities, safeguarding margin health.

• Input, modify, and manage product codes and categories to reflect the offerings accurately in our stores.

• Proactively identify and address store-level operational issues.

• Adjust and update retail pricing and cost information in the Pricebook database as needed.

• Keep promotional details in the Pricebook current and accurate.

• Ensure timely updates and data imports from suppliers, maintaining correct retail pricing and authorization statuses.

• Undertake special assignments as directed by Management or the Executive team.

• Manage the authorization process for stores and vendors, ensuring a seamless merchandise flow.

• Provide Pricebook-related support to the Operations and Finance teams.

• Organize and present data in formats that are easily accessible and actionable by the Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams.

• Strong analytical capabilities, with a knack for strategic thinking and data interpretation.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex data in both written and verbal forms across various levels of the organization.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proven ability to deliver results accurately and efficiently, even under pressure.

Education / Experience:

• Mandatory: High School Diploma.

• Preferred: Bachelor of Science.

• At least 3 years of experience working with PDI Enterprise.

• Expertise in analyzing extensive and complex datasets.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential.
