Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a Preventive-Predictive Maintenance Work Coordinator to work in our MFC facility department. Our team works a 4x10 schedule located out of our MFC facility with every Friday off. You will report directly to the MFC Maintenance Manager.

Be a TPOC to ensure the development of detailed maintenance strategies/schedules for all Preventive-Predictive maintenance of facilities/equipment for MFC division.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Configuration manage accuracy of the CMMS data base to capture history for engineering tracking and trending to support decisions with corrective maintenance to support reliability/modification and regulated requirements.

  • Support Operations with capturing surveillance requirements, and operations performed maintenance

  • Have In-depth understanding of the engineering change process and modifications affect to maintenance strategies for nuclear equipment and systems

  • Manage priority emergent work in a safe, effective, and efficient manner during execution month week by week.

  • Support scheduling with needed revisions to maintenance due dates, to achieve optimum maintenance performance.

  • Coordinate activities with all departments to minimize plant/facility downtime and maximize equipment reliability.

  • Develop and collect Preventive-Predictive Maintenance execution performance data to identify gaps with expected performance

  • Own contributions to continuous improvement of the Preventive-Predictive Maintenance program/execution with support of annual Maintenance Operations Improvements to improve maintenance strategies.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor-s Degree from an accredited institution and 9 years relevant experience. Associate-s Degree and eleven (11) years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma with fifteen (15) years of relevant experience is required

  • (Credited Trade school with achieved craft journeyman status in lieu of bachelor's degree and thirteen (13) years of relevant experience

  • Bachelor of Science from an accredited institution.

  • Experience includes facility operation, maintenance, engineering, or scheduling.

  • May consider experience in lieu of degree commensurate with position requirements.

  • This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy "L" clearance, which requires US Citizenship.

Job Information:

  • The pay range for this position is ($91,008 - $186,588). At Idaho National Laboratory compensation decisions are determined using factors such as education, relevant experience, and other credentials.

  • You are required to show a demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working environment.

  • TDP: This is a testing designated position; you will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and periodic drug testing throughout the term of your employment.
