Preventative Maintenance (PM) Coordinator
This role sustains all department documentations, closes all Work Orders, and oversees PM Work Flow and organization. In addition the PM Maintenance Coordinator position is responsible for sustaining the Maintenance System requirements to include the tracking, maintaining, and monitoring and all support Business/System indicators and ISO/KORE compliance as it relates to maintenance. The PM Coordinator will also support the Part Room Coordinator to kit and set up jobs to insure the Mechanics are able to begin all project work in a timely, well organized manner. This position will also work closely with the Asset Care Planner or coordinating all scheduled work for the plant to include the monitoring and creation of Job Plans and objective PM's.
Duties and Responsibilities
In performance of his/her responsibilities, the PM Coordinator oversees the proper and timely service to the operation. The incumbent will conduct themselves and their duties in a manner consistent with the company Mission Statement.
His/her duties include:
Support the Asset Care Planner in the creation and sustainability of all maintenance plans .
Enter data recorded on work orders and PM's correct PM's based on feedback.
Maintain all Asset Risk reports, support the PM Evaluation and validation processes as proscribed by the Maintenance System standards.
Work closely with the Maintenance supervisor and Asset Care Planner to Optimize PM's, create, adjust, combine, or delete PM's in a Continual Improvement and/or Risk Based Process.
Generate and print WO's (as needed)
Work closely with the local CMS Administrator, and Maintenance Supervisor to create and track all unscheduled downtime in the PHRED system. Support the creation of the needed team members to determine a Root Cause of the unplanned downtime and implementing any needed corrective action or Corrections.
Place/Create any requested direct or indirect supply orders in SAP or Coupa (Back up to Parts Coordinator).
Back up for the Parts Coordinator position to receive parts into inventory (as needed).
Generate, evaluate, and supply needed reports or result tracking tools for daily shift meetings, weekly staff meetings, and Management Review.
Track and maintain all maintenance KBI's to include Budget Tracking, MTBF, PM Complete Rate/On time and late rates, supplier usage as compared to Procurement agreements etc. (varies by plant)
Maintain maintenance personnel schedule postings, which are displayed in the Maintenance Department (may vary by plant).
Enter vacation request forms as well as holidays into Kronos Supplied by the Maintenance Supervisor for Scheduling purposes.
Support the ISO vendor Management Program requirements
Support local plant processes as requested to include maintaining position specific Key Business Indicators.
Fundamental knowledge of PM Processes.
Planning and scheduling knowledge desired.
Knowledge of Inventory control management desired.
Adequate knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High school diploma or equivalency.
Technical experience of Manufacturing equipment repair or parts is preferred.
Shipping and receiving experience is desired.
Attention to detail
SAP Experience preferred
