Preventative Maintenance Mechanic

We are currently seeking a Preventative Maintenance Mechanic/Mechanic Trainee to join our client's team. As a PM Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper maintenance and functionality of our equipment and machinery. You will primarily be responsible for conducting regular inspections, identifying potential issues, and performing preventative maintenance tasks to avoid breakdowns and ensure optimal efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify potential issues
• Performing preventative maintenance tasks, such as lubrication, filter replacement, and calibration
• Cleaning and servicing equipment to maintain optimal performance
• Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities and completed work orders
• Collaborating with team members to identify and implement enhancements to maintenance procedures
• Complying with safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe work environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Preventative Maintenance Mechanic or similar role
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment maintenance
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance procedures and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
