This is a full-time on-site position located in Woodland, WA. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, 7 paid holidays (after 90 days of service), and generous PTO accruals from day one!

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Clean and maintain press parts for all press machines;

• Run and maintain water treatment system, solvent stills;

• Assist with press change-overs when needed and fill in for Press Assistants when needed;

• General sanitation duties.

The Press Utility Worker is an integral part of the production team. To be successful in this position the right candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

• Ability to efficiently assist where needed in the Press Department;

• Follow all Portco policies and procedures;

• Ensure that all food safety and quality standards are met at all times;

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, including listening, negotiating, problem solving, and exchanging information;

• Create, enrich, and sustain strong customer and vendor relationships.

Experience:

• Prior production experience preferred, but no experience required - We will train you!
