S³ Inc. is a woman owned small business founded in 1991, headquartered in Huntsville, AL, that provides technical, programmatic, and logistics services to US Department of Defense, other US Government Agencies, and Partner Nation militaries, co-located with Government requirements.

S³ has 3 wholly owned subsidiaries: KBFS- provides aviation pilot training, heavy lift, aircraft maintenance, and related aircraft services to Government and commercial requirements IAW multiple FAA certifications; S3I- OCONUS FMS technical services, maintenance, and aviation platform training; and, GLSS- SCA/CBA contract aviation maintenance.

System Studies and Simulation (S3) is seeking a senior executive manager to lead its wholly owned subsidiary, S3 International, as the President in Huntsville, AL.

Responsibilities:

The President plans, directs and formulates policies, sets the unit strategy and provides the overall direction of assigned enterprises/organizations for the development and delivery of products or services. The President is responsible for profit and loss operations of the S3 wholly owned subsidiary supporting US Government Foreign Military Sales and direct contract sales operations in host nations abroad. Responsible for health, welfare, and security of employee population performing permanent duty single and multiple year rotations and temporary duty assignments OCONUS. Also ensures the training and certification of the S3I work force as appropriate. Supervises S3I Saudi business entity operations (S3I Arabia, LLC) in KSA with the LLC General Manager reporting directly to the S3I President.

• Responsible for developing S3I's long-term strategy and business plans to expand teams, partnerships, Joint Ventures, and prime / subcontracts overseas.

• Develops long-term pipeline of opportunities and directs capture management IAW S3I business practices that closely parallel those of S3, the parent company.

• Supervises internal and external business growth activities that target security assistance opportunities in Europe, Asia, Africa, Middle East, and South America.

• Candidate for this position should have at least four years' experience helping companies identify, bid, and win new business opportunities.

• OCONUS Business Development experience is a major plus for this position.

• President should have OCONUS management experience on DoD or State Department contracts and demonstrate comparable managerial experience in industry at Senior Program Manager, Vice President, or higher positions.

• The President should also have significant experience leading military aviation support operations. Has served in positions requiring very senior interaction with Government, Non-Government, US Military and/or foreign country Defense, State, or host nation Interior agencies.

• Must understand and lead compliance efforts for International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Ensures S3I complies with ISO 9001:2015, AS9100, and Corporate Quality Control Plan.
