Responsible for the effective operations of an operating company that is focused on delivering products to a group of customers within a defined geographic location. This role develops and implements operating policies and procedures across function areas such as: sales, customer service, quality control standards, purchasing, inventory control, materials management, distribution and facilities maintenance and planning. Accountable for achieving established profit, sales and expense management metrics for the operating company.
Conducts and reviews feasibility of new or revised systems, procedures and processes for continuous improvement.
Supervisory responsibilities include performance management, talent development, talent acquisition, and succession planning. Demonstrates leadership skills that promote and provide for a respectful, productive work environment and culture of accountability.
Lead and manage the planning and budgeting process for assigned functional areas in order to meet business objectives by establishing current and long range goals.
Maintain sound public relations practices to improve the company's image and relationships with customers, associates, adn the public. Promote and practice effective communication and adequate flow of information. Represents the organization with customers, associates, vendors, the financial community and the public.

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience: 6-10 years successful senior management experience within a related industry.
Preferred Education: Bachelors or Masters/MBA Degree
Preferred Experience: 10-12 years' work experience and successful senior management experience within the foodservice industry.
