Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive operational excellence and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
• Oversee and manage all global operations, including supply chain management, manufacturing, logistics, and quality control
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices
• Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies
• Lead and mentor a diverse global team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as President or in a similar capacity, with global operations responsibility
• Extensive experience in managing and optimizing global supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and quality control
• In-depth knowledge of operational and business strategies, with a track record of driving successful organizational growth
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex operational challenges and identify innovative solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a diverse global team towards achieving common goals
• Proven experience in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment and work collaboratively across functions and regions
• Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
