Distinguish and recommend process improvements for the team
Maintain high standards of quality for final files
Create top-quality artwork in a high volume, fast-paced production environment The position would focus mainly on PowerPoint Presentations for B2B and Client Engagement, with a back-up as a Production artist (for example; if the person is waiting for a deck/content to come in they could work on production/formulary needs) They would work on both a PC and an iMac.
Extensive knowledge of all features of PowerPoint software
Master Classes and/or Certifications for Power Point
Good ability to collaborate with others in designing effective presentations
Ability to troubleshoot presentation issues
Good creative and problem-solving skills ? design skills; what fits and what does not. Production Artist
Proficiency in the full Adobe Creative Suite
Strong electronic layout skills
Ability to manage tight deadlines while balancing multiple projects
Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for proofing (scale, design) Preferred Qualifications; 1. Healthcare Background preferred 2. Secondary Skills in productions/formularies ? would be a plus to have a candidate with a wide variety of production backgrounds. Great versus Average Candidate = Someone that is a good story teller and creates a deck that allows the speak to be a good story teller. Understands the frame of mind and skill set of the presenter and understands presentation skills to know when one page has too much details, if editing needs to take place, etiquette needs to be checked, visual appeal, etc. Good candidate only knows how to create a PowerPoint, and lacks the story telling.
