The Integer Group is looking for a Presentation Designer in our Dallas, Texas agency.

JOB SUMMARY:

Develops presentation materials across multiple platforms to support executive stakeholder sell-in and tracking for all retail marketing materials developed by The Collective for their client AT&T, and develops any additional presentation materials for internal communication within The Collective/Integer.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supports client and Account leadership in preparing presentation materials for client communication initiatives

  • Collates, compiles, and designs presentations around diverse array of marketing materials for client and internal communications

  • Maintains tracking documents to reflect current state of in-store displays and creative at the launch of key campaigns and throughout the development process

  • Designs and/or updates templates to facilitate efficient development of recurring and new presentations

  • Enhances or adapts visual assets (photographs, illustrations, renderings, composed images, etc.) to maximize presentation impact and cohesion

  • Takes direction from Art Directors, Senior Art Directors and Associate Creative Directors as instructed, and integrates these comments into projects.

  • Helps ensure quality standards for creative product

  • Integrates comments from designated sources into projects

  • Participates in agency training initiatives and seminars

  • Stays current with industry techniques applicable to work development and execution with a view to optimizing presentations on an ongoing basis

  • Shares work with superiors on assigned projects

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Design or related field preferred

  • Portfolio that reflects superior design abilities

  • Mastery of relevant graphic design software (including but not limited to Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Acrobat, Prezi)

  • Agency experience a plus

  • Ability to develop creative solutions for communication materials

  • Ability to create multiple communication materials with cohesive branding and unifying elements while developing each to best maximize its specific intent

  • Applies constructive criticism to job execution and performance issues

  • Good communication and organization skills

  • Performs duties with professionalism and a positive attitude

  • Ability to effectively handle pressure and responsibility while working under tight deadlines

  • Participates in agency training

  • Flexibility to work extra hours with little or no advance notification

HDR is currently seeking a Low Voltage Systems Designer for our Dallas office who understands the integration of the numerous systems elements and functional requirements to provide our clients with low voltage systems that are engineered for functionality, integration, operability, and maintainability. This individual will have relevant experience in civic, healthcare and education/science/technology designs. Primary Responsibilities: As a Low Voltage Systems Designer, you are the low voltage design lead of assigned projects. You will be responsible for the design of integrated low voltage systems, coordinate with project disciplines, and supervise the BIM activities of your project. You also assure the implementation of all applicable codes, standards, client engineering and design criteria, perform daily Quality Assurance checks to eliminate engineering and design errors, and maintain interdisciplinary coordination. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Strong general engineering knowledge of low voltage systems to include the following: * Electronic Safety & Security – Communications (Intercom/Paging), Electronic Integrated Controls, CCTV/DVMS, Access Control, Perimeter Intrusion Detection, Personal Duress Alarm, UPS and operational coordination with detention / commercial hardware. * Potential to meet with project clients to evaluate, define and review customer needs / objectives and insure those requirements are meet within the project design. * Define and develop complete project related construction documents to include all design documents (SD, DD, CD) to show design intent, project specifications and assist with system related activities within all construction administration (CA) activities. * Define and develop system architecture, system concept of operations, interface/integration requirements, and verification/validation of systems start-up, testing and commissioning procedures. * Coordinate with integrated, multidisciplinary project teams to develop functional requirements, system designs and other project related requirements. * Develop alternative system design concepts, feasibility and trade-off studies and value-added engineering when required for projects. * Maintain knowledge of current industry product offerings and research new emerging technologies. * Assist in problem resolution and technical troubleshooting when field support is needed. * Position will require overnight travel.
