As Prescription Services Administrator you will work within our Clinical logistics team supporting the patients in receiving their correct prescription.

Working within Prescription Services team, the position will give you the opportunity to make a real difference to the service provided to our patients, ability to learn new skills within the team along with development opportunities.

As a Prescription Services Administrator you will work within a team to provide support to our patients and managing their prescriptions to ensure a smooth transition through the internals departments up to delivery of medication.

This all sounds great - What key skills do I need to apply:

  • Proven experience of dealing with queries and amends by means of email/letter/phone call, in a timely manner

  • Experience of working with Microsoft tools such as Excel, D365 & Outlook.

  • Being a solid communicator to work with internal & external stakeholders & building relationships to provide an efficient service

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise work appropriately, whilst being flexible to deal with change quickly
