• Letter(s) of Recommendation (Two recent letters are required. Letters must be typed, contain a date, and have a signature.)-Resume- Prior experience in working with preschool age children-This position requires 12 units in Early Childhood Education college coursework. This is part of the job description and cannot be waived. Transcripts showing these earned units need to be attached to the Edjoin application.

• Proof of immunizations MMR, TDAP, and flu (choice to sign opt out form for flu vaccine).-First Aide and CPR-Employee Rights Lic 9052- TB Test- Mandated Reporter Form AB1207-Criminal Justice Form Lic 508

Upon employment must: Provide T.B. clearance documentation. Obtain DOJ Fingerprint clearance through our district (fee $57.00).
