Preschool Teacher

Position Overview

As a Preschool Teacher at The Primrose School of South Gilbert, you'll create a fun, safe environment with a daily schedule designed to develop children's confidence and independence. You'll help guide these little ones through small group instruction as they grow their ability to absorb new content and understand increasingly complex information.

Responsibilities

• Spend your days building genuine relationships with each child and their families.

• Partner with families to insure that you are exceeding their expectations on the care of their little one.

• Work with your co-teacher to implement the lesson plans from the research-informed Balanced Learning curriculum.

• Maintain a well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence.

• Discover what works best for each child as you teach them about the world around them.

Requirements

• We are looking for those teachers who love young children through all of the ups and downs

• This position requires at least 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare facility

• You must meet all AZ Licensing requirements and have obtained your fingerprint clearance card and TB Test documentation before you start
