Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Preschool Teacher at the Quaboag Children's Center at Behavioral Health Network! Preschool Teachers create a safe and caring environment for children aged 2.9 - 5 years old. Preschool Teachers also oversee general classroom management, development, and implementation of curriculum.
BHN's Quaboag Children's Center in Palmer, MA is accredited through the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). Our goal is to provide a quality preschool program in a happy and safe environment for families of all backgrounds and ethnicities. Preschool Teachers at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities:
Good communication skills with families (required).
Ability to multi-task and to work as a team member in a fast-paced setting (required).
Associates' Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (required); Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
Two years experience in a center-based preschool program (preferred).
Familiarity with NAEYC and QRIS standards (preferred).
Flexible in assignments and work hours (strongly preferred).
