What You'll Do:
Work with other teaching staff in the classroom to help close the classroom daily.
Communicate and maintain a positive relationship with staff, parents, and students.
Create monthly calendars listing upcoming events with teacher input.
Prepare monthly tuition and billing for Payroll and Accounting.
Assist when needed with lesson plans.
Complete ongoing student observations.
Enroll students, promote the program to staff and discuss with parents options for student enrollment, maintain proper staffing levels with enrollment.
Ensure a safe, healthy, and fun environment at all times.
Ensure the classroom meets all Title 22 and Community Care Licensing regulations.
Report proper information to Licensing when incidents or changes occur.
Assist with potty training and diaper changes.
Track daily attendance using Brightwheel
Ensure student files are up to date.
Annually modify the parent handbook, admission agreement, contract, and other policies relating to the preschool program with teacher input
Hold staff meeting to discuss teacher concerns or changes to the program.

Job Information:
Full-time, day exempt position. Expected schedule Monday through Friday 9:00AM to 5:30PM. Office time from 9:00AM to 12:00PM and in classroom time from 12:00PM to 5:30PM, Monday through Thursday and full classroom day on Friday.
Starting wage $40.30 to $43.15 based on qualifications.
Credential Requirements (including Certification or Education Requirements):
Site Supervisor permit or equivalent education to meet Site Supervisor permit requirements required.
5 years experience in Early Childhood setting and minimum 1 year of leading a Preschool classroom required.
Experience supervising students and staff, creating lesson plans, working with Community Care Licensing, knowledge of Title 22 required.
16 hour Health and Safety course required.
Adult and Pediatric First Aid and CPR required.
Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
Director Permit preferred.
