Daycare & Preschool Director | South Charlotte / Carmel Area

The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking a Childcare Director for our award-winning NC 5-Star school in South Charlotte.

No nights or weekends! If you're passionate about positively impacting the lives of others in the world of early childhood education, the Preschool Center Director role may be for you.

Salary range: $50,000-$55,000 per year, based on experience, education and credentials. Quarterly bonus potential.

All full-time positions include FREE medical and dental insurance for 2023!

Daycare Director Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of childcare school in accordance with state licensing and company policies, including administrative, operational, financial, and logistical functions of the facility.

• Hire, engage, and develop a supportive team of caregivers and educators.

• Partner with families to provide the best care and education for their children.

• Oversee the implementation of our curriculum, including developmentally-appropriate play and classroom environments.

• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, and the community.
