SAGE Dining Services is seeking a motivated, full-time Cold Prep Cook/Line Server for a private school dining hall in Stony Brook, NY.
This person would be responsible for composing specified recipes daily, setting up and breaking down service lines, cleaning, and serving our community with a happy SMILE!
Boarding School opened 7 days per week
We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner
Occasional evening catering hours available
Follows school schedule; starts in August

What you will do:
Keep workspace clean & organized by following a daily cleaning schedule
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Prepare food & beverages according to recipes
Prep vegetables, lettuce and fruit
Interact kindly every day with students, staff, and team
Assist in setting the kitchen & dining hall before and after meal periods
Cross trained throughout operation
Work in a great team environment!
